Knowing oscar probably avatar is gonna win, since it is best picture afterall , hurtlocker and up in the air has a fair chance, but the rest probably wont hav a chance at tis moment.

here's the thing, out of all this film i figured they put the princess and the frog because disney always needs one place for its animated film right? cause as good as disney 2D films are its goin up agaisnt coraline , fantastic mr fox and up, with the middle winning awards in other film awards, coraline was really good and up was top notch. so its gonna be hard for the princess to squeeze through tis one.

u know, i liked sherlock and all, but probably it wont make a difference , its goin against the visually stunning avatar and of course dear old parnussus with its wickedly creeative sets. but nine and young victoria has a shot at it too, there is just too many good art and set here a battle royale at tis category

Hurt Locker deserves Best Film. Avatar is nothing compared to it.

Avatar is going to be the BIG winner, especially the technical awards!

Hurt Locker and The Messenger is similar in story concept, since both the movies told the stories of ordinary people doing their everyday jobs. But Hurt Locker is somehow better than Messenger since it is explosive!

UP is definitely going to win Best Animated Film. The rest is nothing compared to it.

In terms of Best Picture, really hard to tell... Because ALL the films are of equal class and quality (I do admit that Avatar is good, but somehow the raves are kinda overrated).
